Sliced grilled chicken, diced eggs, cheddar cheese, grape tomatoes, cucumbers w/mixed green salad. Choice of cottage cheese, pasta or broccoli salad. Garlic cheese breadsticks and fresh fruit.
Taco Salad Bar
Shredded chicken and taco beef & ranch style beans with tortilla chips & salsa, cheddar/jack cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, black olives, jalapenos & sour cream. Guacamole available on request for an additional $1.50 per person.
Southwest Chicken Salad
Sliced southwest seasoned grilled chicken, shredded lettuce, cheddar/jack cheese, diced red onions, corn & black beans served with Mexi-Ranch dressing, fresh fruit, black bean salsa & chips & salsa.
